Mohammad Faisal Farooq is the Board of Director of Al-Karam International and CEO of Infrastructure Development Division of the Group. He graduated in Bachelor’s of Civil Engineering from Purdue University USA with a focus in Structure’s and Hydrology and therein also obtained a minor in Financial Management. Due to his vast array of qualifications he connected the dots early on to lay the foundation of risk management and project financing and quickly turned knowledge into sustainable steps with his contribution in Ring Road Lahore for his optimal financial close. He over the years championed PPP, BOT, BOOT models and raised a team of qualified leaders to leverage projects on the following note. Till date he has raised $ 16 billion, with a diversified portfolio in railways, irrigation, water desalination/treatment, SEZ’s, roads and highways and energy to name a few. He has used the same knowledge tree to expand on our manufacturing division, successfully establishing our pumping industry. He is has always been of the opinion of, “Great by Choice” we cannot predict the future but we can help create it.
